This Privacy Policy applies to the GPS Map Camera: Geotag Photo application (the ‘Application’) for mobile devices, developed by Pixel Fern (the ‘Service Provider’), and provided as a free service.

Information Collection and Use

The Application uses third-party service providers ( Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Admob ) may collect certain information when you download or use the Application, including :

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Usage data such as pages viewed within the Application, time and date of visits, and time spent on pages

• Total duration of app usage 

• Mobile device operating system and device information

Camera and Location Functionality

As a GPS geotagging camera app, this Application requires and uses:

• Camera access to capture photos and videos. 

• Microphone access used solely for recording audio when capturing video content. 

• Precise GPS location to embed coordinates into media 

• Storage permissions to save and access your photos

• Network connectivity for app functionality

All photos, videos, and location data used for geotagging remain on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers. Location data is used solely for adding GPS coordinates to your media and is not stored separately.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

Please note that he Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling. Below are links to the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Application uses Google Maps API to display location data for photos and videos. Location information is handled on the device and is not stored by us. Google may collect or process location data as described in its Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Data Retention 

We do not maintain direct storage of personal user data. Your photos, videos, and geotagging data remain on your device. Third-party services may retain aggregated, anonymized data according to their respective privacy policies. Uninstalling the Application stops all data collection.

Children’s Privacy 

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at saeedappdeveloper@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

GDPR (EU/EEA) Data Protection Compliance

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), the processing of your personal data in the GPS Map Camera: Geotag Photo application is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
