This Privacy Policy applies to the 4G 5G LTE Switch – Speed Test mobile application (the “Application”), developed and provided by ASK Pixel Tech (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.

Information Collection and Use

The Application uses third-party service providers (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) may collect certain information when you download or use the Application, including :

• Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Usage data such as pages viewed within the Application, time and date of visits, and time spent on pages

• Total time spent on the Application

• Mobile device operating system and device information

Network and Connectivity Information

To provide core network switching functionality, the Application accesses and uses:

• Mobile network and SIM information for 4G/5G network management

• Wi-Fi connection status and network configuration

• Phone state information for cellular network optimization

• App usage statistics for daily and monthly data usage report

These permissions are required solely to provide core network switching and connectivity functionality and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

The Application also collect location information (approximate or precise, depending on your permission settings). Location data is used only to enable Wi-Fi or network-related features and is not stored or shared for any other purpose.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Data Retention Policy

We do not maintain direct storage of personal user data. The Application processes data in real-time for core functionality, and any data processing occurs through third-party services ( Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics ) which retain data according to their respective privacy policies. Uninstalling the Application immediately stops all data collection by our app.

Children’s Privacy 

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at saeedappdeveloper@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security Measures 

The Service Provider implements industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.

Policy Updates 

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any changes on this page, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised policy.
